Shipping
All orders ship from our warehouse in Yanchep, Western Australia.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch during normal periods. We usually ship same or next day depending on the time the order is placed, however during releases & sales this may take longer. We are always happy to prioritise urgent orders, please email us to arrange.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number.
Oui Babe does not cover the cost of import duties/VAT or courier/customs fees into any country. We recommend researching your government's fees & duties for importing from outside of your country before placing an order. If you choose to return any goods subject to these customs fees, the fees will be deducted from your refund.
Below are regular shipping times, however there can occasionally be unforeseen delays. We recommend checking the Australia Post website for any current delays.
Australia
Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post's Standard or Express services.
Standard $11: 3-8 business days.
Express $16: 1-3 business days.
Orders over $200AUD are awarded free standard shipping.
New Zealand
$20AUD International Express shipping: 3-8 business days with Aus Post & NZ Post.
Orders over $200AUD are awarded free shipping.
More detailed tracking is available on the NZ Post website once your parcel reaches NZ using the tracking number available in your shipping notification email.
USA
$15AUD ($10USD) Regular International Shipping without signature: 6-12 business days approx.
$20AUD ($13.50USD) with signature on delivery: 6-12 business days approx.
Orders over $300AUD are awarded free standard shipping.
$60AUD (approx. $39USD) DHL Express shipping which is time definite. Please contact us for a time definite timeframe to your location. This is usually around 4-6 calendar days.
Prices are in AUD, conversions to USD are approximate.
More detailed tracking is available on the USPS website once your parcel reaches the US, using the tracking number available in your shipping notification email.
Other International destinations
- We can ship to most countries worldwide.
- International orders are sent via Australia Post, with regular or express international shipping. Once they reach the destination they are generally handled by the postal network in that country. Further tracking may be available by copying the tracking number into your local countries postal website.
- Orders over $300AUD are awarded free standard shipping.
- We can also ship with DHL Express - please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Free shipping is subject to weight restrictions. For very large orders please contact us to arrange a shipping quote.
Customs Fees
Oui Babe does not cover the cost of import duties/VAT or courier/customs fees into any country. We recommend researching your government's fees & duties for importing from outside of your country before placing an order. If you choose to return any goods subject to these customs fees, the fees will be deducted from your refund.
DHL Express may charge a brokerage fee on top of duties/taxes as they facilitate the process without a significant delay to your order. The customer will be responsible for the payment of any fees. If you would like further information from a DHL Express customs expert, you can contact them here:

Signature on delivery
Shipping does not include 'signature on delivery' unless noted at checkout. By purchasing you provide consent to leave the package on your property. Please consider this if choosing a no signature option, as we are unable to be held liable for packages which go missing from your property after delivery.

Return Policies
What is your return policy?
Please note we do not offer returns on Clearance Sale or sale items. These items are considered final sale.
We have recently updated our Return Policy. We now offer returns for a store credit for up to 90 days after delivery. This is to help accommodate customers who need to make sure dresses will fit closer to their wedding date. Our policies are explained in further detail below.
Returns for a store credit - 90 day policy:
Return requests must be made within 90 days of delivery, and once requested, you then have an additional 14 days for us to receive the order back. Returns must be received unworn, unwashed & in original condition without damage, perfume or animal hair and with tags attached in order for us to process the store credit.
Please note we cannot guarantee that any styles/sizes will still be available at any later date. If the style you require has been discontinued or is now on clearance sale, we regret that we cannot accept the return. This policy has been added to help out our customers who need some extra time for their flower girls to try on their dresses.
We do not accept returns for items which are on sale (excluding faulty goods). Items will need to be returned to our return address in Two Rocks, Australia in order for us to process a credit. Return postage is covered by the customer and shipping fees are not refundable/credited. Items must be received in original condition (unwashed, unworn, without damage or perfume, with tags attached) and we recommend using trackable postage to return the item(s).
Returns - Faults
As per Australian consumer law, if there is a quality issue with your order we will provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order along with clear photos of the fault. We will provide you with a trackable postage paid label in order to return the items for a refund or replacement. Items must be received by us in original condition in order to process the refund/replacement (unworn, unwashed, without perfume or animal hair, and with tags attached).
Policies/FAQ
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship if they have an 'add to cart' button. Occasionally we may offer pre-orders. In this case, the item will be clearly marked as a pre-order in its title and in the item description. Please note, orders containing any pre-order items will only be shipped once the pre-order items are available. If you require other items in your order sooner, you will need to place a separate order.
If the item is out of stock, you will be unable to add it to our cart. However, we do offer 'back in stock' notifications via SMS, email or push notification for any out of stock items.
Do you provide trackable shipping?
Yes, all orders are fully trackable. To track your order please view your Shipping confirmation email and use the link provided. Please note orders will only become trackable once they have shipped from our office in Western Australia.
My order hasn't arrived within the delivery period - what's going on?
Occasionally delays may occur in transit or due to customs. This is a rare occurrence which we understand is frustrating. Please refer to your Shipping confirmation email to see where your package is currently. For international orders, tracking may not update regularly once the order reaches the destination country. In this case we recommend copying the tracking number into your local postal service tracking, which will often provide more detailed information.

I have entered the wrong postal address in my order, can you change it?
Unfortunately, once your package has been shipped we are unable to change the postal address. Our carriers will not change an address after it has been lodged. It is very important you enter your postal address correctly on your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages which are delivered to an incorrect address (due to the address being entered incorrectly). Please ensure the address and postcode you enter is correct.
Packages returned to sender will incur a re-delivery fee to re-send to the customer.
My order has been returned to sender - what happens now?
Addresses are taken directly from your order, into our shipping system to print shipping labels. If the item has been returned due to an address mistake, we recommend that you order a replacement item with the correct address to avoid extra delays (as returned items are usually sent back with the most economical shipping, therefore they can take a long time to arrive back.) When your original order arrives back to us we will refund the cost minus shipping charges.
If the return is not due to an address mistake, we will put an enquiry in with the carrier. Unfortunately, the reason for the return can often not be given to us until the parcel arrives back, as it is written on the parcel. In this case, we again recommend that you order a replacement item to avoid extra delays. When the item makes it's way back to us, we will refund the returned order. If the return appears to be a carrier mistake, we will also refund any shipping on the replacement order. However if the return is due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, item not collected, no delivery receptacle or refusal to pay customs fees/duties, we will only refund your original order minus the cost of the shipping fees charged to us. Please note these shipping fees can be high, particularly for international orders.
