Shipping Prices

Within Aus:
$9.95 regular, $14.95 express, Free regular shipping over $100 (Aus Post)

New Zealand: 
$14.95 express shipping with DHL (3-5 business days) Free over $100

UK:
$14.95 shipping with DHL (3-6 business days) Free over $150

USA:
$14.95 shipping with DHL (7-9 business days) Free over $150
$40 DHL express. Half price ($20) over $150 (DHL express: 1-5 business days)
Please note international express is available to major areas, remote locations may incur a 'remote delivery fee' up to $30AUD. Please feel free to email us to check your area. 


Other International destinations:

$20 shipping with DHL (3-12 business days approx, can vary depending on location) Free over $150
$50 express. Half price ($25) over $150 (DHL express: 1-5 business days)

Free shipping is subject to weight restrictions. For very large orders please contact us to arrange a shipping quote.

Oui Babe does not cover the cost of import duties or customs fees into any country.

Orders sent within Australia are 'signature on delivery' unless you provide consent to leave the package on your property. You can do this by emailing us or leaving a note with your order (e.g "Leave by the front door").

After delivery, we are unable to be held liable for packages which go missing from your property, so please take this into consideration. 

Processing Times

 

In stock items: 1-3 days before your order is shipped.
Pre-order items: 2-3 weeks before pre-order items are shipped. We are unable to send items separately so please order separately if you need your other 'in stock' items sooner.

All orders ship from our office in Tasmania, Australia, except for our personalised MIlestone rugs which ship directly from the printer in USA.

Shipping Times

 

Personalised Milestone rugs ship directly from the printing facility in USA. Shipping times are approx 2-4 weeks worldwide. For all other orders please see below.

Australia:
Regular shipping 5-8 business days (Aus Post)
Express shipping 1-3 business days (Aus Post express)
Free Regular shipping 5-8 business days (Aus Post)

New Zealand:
2-5 business days with DHL

USA
Regular: 7-9 business days with DHL
Express: 1-5 business days with DHL express

UK:
3-6 business days with DHL 

International orders:
Regular: We recommend allowing 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location. We use DHL which states 3-12 business days worldwide, however, delays due to customs or your countries postal network are outside of our control.
Express: 1-5 business days with DHL express.


FAQ

 

How do I know if an item is 'in stock' or 'pre-order'?
In stock items will have an "add to cart" button.
Pre-order items have a "pre-order" button instead.

Do you provide trackable shipping?
Yes, we do. To track your order please go to our tracking page here and enter your email & order number. Please note orders will only become trackable once they have shipped from our office in Tas, Australia. 

My order hasn't arrived within the delivery period - what's going on?
Occasionally delays may occur in transit or due to customs. This is a rare occurrence which we understand is frustrating. Please refer to our 'Track order' page here to see where your package is currently. If you think anything seems out of the ordinary or if you require any further help please feel free to contact us!

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will only ever be made to the same place you made the payment from.

Refunds - Quality Issues
If there is a quality issue with your order we will provide a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order along with photographic evidence of the problem. We will provide you with a trackable postage paid label in order to return the items for a refund. Items must be received by us in original condition in order to process the refund. 

Refunds - Change of Mind
We do not accept 'change of mind' returns for items which are on sale.
For other change of mind returns, you may return the items to our return address in Tasmania, Australia for a refund. Items must be received in original condition and we recommend using trackable postage to return the item(s). For change of mind returns, return postage is covered by the customer and shipping fees are not refundable. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. 

We don't accept change of mind returns for personalised items such as our Milestone Rugs.

Where do you ship to?
Our Milestone rugs can be shipped Worldwide - if you are unable to checkout please contact us. For clothing, we currently ship to Australia, NZ, UK, France, Belgium, Canada & USA. However, we can ship to most countries worldwide. If you are having trouble checking out - please contact us so we can assist you further.

I have entered the wrong postal address in my order, can you change it?
Unfortunately, once your package has been shipped we are unable to change the postal address. Australia post and other methods of shipping will not change an address after it has been lodged. It is very important you enter your postal address correctly on your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages which are delivered to an incorrect address (due to the address being entered incorrectly). Please ensure the address and postcode you enter is correct.

Packages returned to sender will incur a re-delivery fee of $9.95 to re-send to the customer.
