• 90 day returns for store credit or exchange (excluding clearance sale items).
• Store credit is valid for 3 years and is sent as a digital gift card by email once your return has been processed.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are available where required by Australian Consumer Law, for customers within the European Union who exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, or where otherwise required by law.
• Return shipping is payable by the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are available where required by Australian Consumer Law, for customers within the European Union who exercise their legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, or where otherwise required by law.
• Return shipping is payable by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All customers can use our Returns Portal to lodge a return for store credit or exchange. Customers in Australia and the USA also have the option to use our prepaid return labels, with the label cost deducted from their store credit.
• Customers outside Australia and the USA can still lodge their return through the Returns Portal but will need to arrange their own return shipping using their preferred carrier.
• Customers within the European Union may have a legal right of withdrawal. Please see the "European Union Customers - Right of Withdrawal" section below for more information.
When we previously offered refunds for change of mind, many customers ordered multiple styles or sizes to try on.
Unfortunately, refunding these orders meant absorbing part or all of the outgoing shipping costs - something that is not sustainable for a small business. It also made offering a free shipping threshold unsustainable.
By offering store credit for change of mind returns instead, we're able to keep our prices fair for everyone while continuing to offer a generous 90-day return period. Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used on any future order during this time.
Please note that this policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or the legal right of withdrawal available to eligible customers within the European Union.
Return requests for store credit or exchange must be lodged within 90 days of delivery. Once your return has been lodged, you have an additional 14 days for the item to be received by us.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, free from damage, perfume or animal hair, and have all original tags attached.
Clearance sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty or where otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a tracked postage service when returning your items.

Under Australian Consumer Law, if you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please email support@ouibabe.com as soon as possible after discovering the issue, including clear photos of the fault.
We will provide a repair, replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law. Where required, we will also provide a prepaid, trackable return label so the item can be returned for assessment.
Items returned as faulty should, where reasonably possible, be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free from perfume or animal hair, and with all original tags attached.
Please note that slight colour variations are not considered faults, as colours may appear differently depending on screen settings and the lighting used in our photography. If you have any questions about colour or fabric before purchasing, we're always happy to help.
We use the address exactly as entered on your order to print shipping labels. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we recommend placing a new order using the correct details to avoid delays. Once the original order is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price less any shipping charges incurred by us, where applicable.
If your order is returned for another reason, we will lodge an enquiry with the carrier once the item has been returned to us. If the return is due to a carrier error, we will also refund any shipping paid on your replacement order.
If the return is due to refusal to accept delivery, the item not being collected, no secure delivery location, or refusal to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, we will refund the purchase price less any shipping charges incurred by us. Please note that these charges can be significant, particularly for international orders.
Customers within the European Union may have a legal right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, for any reason.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Returns should be sent by mail to our return address in Two Rocks, Western Australia using the shipping method of your choice. We recommend using a tracked postage service.

• Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method in accordance with applicable European Union consumer laws.
