Disappointing First Experience: Delayed Order and Poor Resolution

I placed an order for this dress nearly a month ago, and I have yet to receive it. While the delay is being attributed to the Canada Post strike, the full payment for the order was taken in advance. To make matters worse, I was advised to place a second order if I want the dress to arrive in time for Christmas, as it is intended to be a gift for my niece. This experience has been highly disappointing, especially as a first-time customer. It feels as though I have lost money for something that is entirely beyond my control.

We’re so sorry your first experience with us didn’t go as hoped. Unfortunately, the Canada Post strike at the time caused delays that were completely outside of our control, and we understand how disappointing that was - especially with a Christmas deadline.

We did our best to stay in touch and offer a workaround by suggesting DHL as an express alternative, with a refund on the original once it was returned. Unfortunately, we had no other option, as resending the order through standard post would likely have resulted in the same delay.

While situations like this are incredibly frustrating, especially during the holidays, we truly did all we could given the circumstances - and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to give you a better experience in the future ♡
